Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping usually takes 1-4 business days.

Q: How long does it take to pack my order?

Anywhere from 1 to 5 days. I know that's a wide range, but I'm one person and things can get overwhelming sometimes 🥺

Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S?

A: Not through Shopify, but if you email me or message me on Bluesky, we I can set it up through PayPal! I'm @ mcapriglioneart on Bluesky!

Q: How do pre-orders work?

Items that are currently for pre-order will be available at a later time (usually specified in the item description). If you order a pre-order item and non-pre-order items, the entirety of your order will ship when the pre-order is ready. For example, if you buy a pre-order sticker book and then 5 stickers from my shop, both the sticker book and the stickers will ship when I receive the sticker books from my manufacturer. And yes, they will arrive before Christmas! (International orders may vary on time)

Q: Are your stickers waterproof? Can I put them on my car?

A: Yes, they are waterproof! You can put them on waterbottles, but I would recommend using the top rack of the dishwasher. I would not recommend putting them on your car as the ink is not UV proof and they will fade.

Q: My package arrived damaged and/or I am missing an item/some items. How can I contact you?

A: You can use the contact form at the top or email me at mcapriglione3995 (at) gmail. If it was damaged, please send images of the damage and I'll replace any damaged goods free of charge. I will send out missing items free of charge. Again, I am one person and my brain is blehghgj sometimes but I do my best 🥺

Q: My acrylic charm/standee has a bubble on it and/or is peeling. Is it defective?

A: There's a plastic covering on either side of the charm that you will have to peel off!

 

Q: My shirt has a hole/has a defect in the print. Can I exchange it? Can I get a refund?

Of course! Send images to my email (mcapriglione 3995 (at) gmail) and I'll send a new one out. Sorry, no refunds.

Q: I ordered the wrong size shirt. Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, no. I only offer exchanges for damaged items.

Q: There's a cat hair in my package.
